NEL Training Hub are pleased to collaborate with BSL Now and invite staff from GP Teams across North East London to book on one of the Deaf Awareness workshops above. The sessions are delivered virtually via Teams over 3 hours.
An introduction to Deafness
Exploring social aspects of Deafness including tips and advice when communicating with deaf people
Introduction to some basic BSL training, finger spelling, general useful signs and phrases, again linked to settings and requirements
Joining links will be shared 48 hours prior to delivery dates. You will be required to have a working microphone and camera as these are small groups interactive workshops.
