Blended Learning Nursing Degree – First Destination Employment in Community, Social and Primary Care

5 September 2022 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Do you work in community, social or primary care?

If yes, then please join us to share your thoughts! The NHS Long Term Plan puts community services at the heart of its ambition to ensure patients receive care closer to home. To ensure that this is achieved, a skilled nursing workforce in community, social and primary care services is required. HEE is seeking to commission universities to provide a new Adult Nursing degree aimed at providing a pathway into first destination employment in community, primary and social care services.

Blended learning creates innovative and accessible healthcare programmes, using the latest digital and other technologies to attract a more diverse student population.

Who should attend:

Employers, registered professionals, key stakeholders, student and newly qualified nurses working in community, social, and primary care services. Ideally, we would like at least one representative from each integrated care system to attend.

Please note – there will be a separate event for interested education providers.

How to register:

To register your place, please complete the online registration form. The programme and joining instructions (MS Teams) will then be sent to you.

If you have any questions about this event, please contact the blended learning team on email: blendedlearning@hee.nhs.uk
