This one hour session will be delivered by cardiac rehabilitation professionals working in NEL on Wednesday 21st September at 1pm.

The aim of the session is for primary care teams to become advocates for cardiac rehabilitation and encourage patients to attend. The session will provide information on the benefits of cardiac rehabilitation, who can attend & how to refer patients.
