Do you want to know how to deactivate someone on EMIS Web who no longer works at your practice? In this session we will be going through a checklist that you need to follow to properly deactivate someone.

The following topics will be covered:

• Checklist of actions to perform
• Reasons why a user cannot be deactivated

Although the session is scheduled for 1 hour this may be reduced depending on the numbers of queries from attendees. Attendees can leave the session at any point if they feel their requirements have been met.
