As part of the NEL Personalised Care programme, North East London Health and Care Partnership launches its first Emerging Leaders Link Worker pilot programme in December 2021.

Running from January – March 2022; the programmes blended approach will support participants to advance their leadership skills through training, reflection in practice, webinars, action learning sets and access to a closed dedicated forum on NHS Futures Collaboration Platform.
