TNW Medicines Optimisation Team will be launching our new Medicines Scheme for 2021-22 on Friday 2nd July 2021 12.30-1.30pm via MS Teams.

This is the first collaborative scheme devised to run across all three CCG’S: Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets and Newham within TNW.

The scheme will run from July 2021 to March 2022.

The scheme has been produced with consultation from the LMC and their feedback incorporated.

Rhe medicines optimisation team recognise that this has been an exceptional year for primary care. Therefore, the scheme has an emphasis on supporting the work practices are conducting on management of those patients with long-term conditions, and embedding national priorities.
