Introductory session raising awareness of young people’s mental health. Covers some of the common mental health issues affecting young people, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders and psychosis and gain skills to work more effectively with young people living with mental health issues. You will gain knowledge in ways to support young people with mental health issues and relate to their experience.
