This 2-hour workshop, delivered virtually, will support practice staff to confidently manage basic forms including sick notes and medical exemption forms and ensure an optimised experience for patients.

The workshop will explore how:
· To improve the processing of requests for various forms
· To improve overall practice workload by preparing any required information
· To improve patient experience

Learners on this course will be equipped to have an understanding of:
· Consent and confidentiality – legal things
· Types of reports received and information required
· How to process report requests
· Costs for reports
• The workshop will be delivered via MS Teams and will include a mixture of presentations and interactive activities. Course is delivered by a GP Trainer/Educator.
