We would like to invite all newly joined PCN and Practice Pharmacists across Tower Hamlets, Newham and Waltham Forest to join our Medicines Optimisation induction session.

This would be useful as an induction to inform you how the MO team can support you; what currently resources are available for use, but also tools that can support you on MOS, prescribing view and improvement projects etc.

This would also be a very good opportunity to meet your peers across the PCNs within TNW.

Please circulate this to all PCNs and Practice Pharmacists who recently joined within your network.
