VACCINATOR – EXPERIENCED REGISTERED HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER

STAGE 1

Once all the COMPULSORY training is completed, please download the following CHECKLIST, fill it in and send to training@communitymatters.co.uk with your E-Learning For Health certificates before your progression onto Stage 2.
STAGE 2
Stage 2 is progressed after having completed the Stage 1 COMPULSORY training.
You will be contacted by Newham Training Hub for your competency assessment arrangement (Required as self-assessment) and next steps.
