Learn how to breath fully again to strengthen respiratory muscles and use the breath to calm the nervous system and relieve stress and anxiety. 

Join your free weekly Breathing and Gentle Movement Classes run by specialist teachers and therapists to support you with your recovery and the management of your symptoms.

Practise can be done from a bed, chair or floor. Have cushions or blankets on hand for extra support.
