Objectives :
- An overview and exploration of what Workforce Planning means to participants and an understanding of the HEE approach
- A guide to the 6 steps to integrated workforce planning methodology and supporting framework
- A focus on the practical elements of planning including a demonstration of our workforce planning portal and supporting products including relevant workforce information dashboards and some tools linked to service improvement and workforce modelling
- A chance to sample the Workforce Planning Masterclass programme and help prepare for a formal submission for our cohorts starting in 2023
