The topic of the next learning lunch is the impact of generational differences on learning – and these are some of the questions we will explore:

• Boomers – Generation X – Millennials – Generation Z: Is the generation gap real or a myth?
• What influences and defines a generation?
• How do generational issues affect our approach to educational supervision and learning? What are the effects on professionalism?

We hope to use these sessions to discuss and generate new ideas from within the group rather than delivering pre-packaged information. We’d love everyone who attends to contribute their thoughts – so the sessions will be as interactive as we can make them.
