Topic:  Clinical Medication Review
We have teamed up with Clinical Pharmacist Solutions (CPD accredited) to provide this training session!

Clinical Medication Reviews are our bread and butter in General Practice and also form part of the more comprehensive SMR’s!  Most if not all of us carry out clinical medication reviews on a regular basis, and have all been trained to varying levels.  This session would be a great opportunity to have some pharmacist focussed training allowing us to develop further in this area and also  give us the opportunity to share and learn from each other.
