The session will focus on utilising the MedOptimise software to record clinical patient reviews for
TNW Medicines Optimisation Team have organised a briefing and those adult patients prescribed oral nutritional supplements and follows the last session where the
dietitian presented how these patients should be reviewed. demonstration
Sean Mackey, Pharmacist and Director for MedOptimise will be go through the recording process of the system and also answer questions regarding the use of MedOptimise. Sean previously provided short training videos to support the use of the system which are available on the practice portal to view prior to the session.
Practices are advised to watch the videos prior to the session to support your understanding of the system.
Please determine the most appropriate member of the team to attend the session. All sessions will be recorded and available to access via the practice portal.
Practices are reminded to attend at least 2 education sessions/webinars relevant to medicines optimisation scheme and submit action plans
