Apprenticeships are structured national training programmes supported financially by the government, which give your staff a chance to work towards a qualification.
Apprenticeships can be used as part of your business plan to help you achieve a future proof workforce. They are employer driven: you know best when it comes to the skills and knowledge required for your services.

Trainee Nursing Associate Programme
Every year HEE London has a mandate from DHSC to enrol a number of nursing associates onto programme.
Trainee nursing associates (tr) NA’s have been introduced to help build the capacity of the nursing workforce and the delivery of high-quality care while supporting nurses and wider multidisciplinary teams to focus on more complex clinical duties.
Funding is provided initially at the start of the 2-year programme and then again after the 12-month retention data whereby the funding will be adjusted for year 2 based on how many TNAs are still on programme.
