North East London Training Hub Freedom to Speak Up Lead

Hours of work: 2 days a week 

Salary: £300.00 per day

NEL Training Hub is looking for an individual with exceptional communication and project management skills to help develop our Freedom to Speak Up plan for Primary Care 

Effective speaking up arrangements protect patients and improve the experience of health and care staff. Freedom to Speak Up review, carried out by Sir Robert Francis highlights the importance of developing a more open and supportive culture that encourages staff to speak up about any issues of patient care, quality or safety. 

Freedom to Speak Up is about encouraging a positive culture where people feel they can speak up and their voices will be heard, and their suggestions acted upon. 

NEL Training Hub is looking for an individual who will lead the engagement with Primary Care stakeholders including GP Federations, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), GP Practices and others to establish current arrangements for speaking up, develop potential models and increase awareness around positive speak up culture. 

We are looking for a lead who feels passionate about workforce equality, diversity and inclusion, who will be able to operate independently whilst working in partnership with Primary Care and System Partners including PCNs, Practices, Federations, individuals and groups including senior leadership teams.
