You can use the Referral Management section of Workflow Manager to manage your referrals.

There are two main categories, each with a number of sub-categories:

• Referral Tasks

• Referral Management

In this session we will take you through why it is important to monitor your Referral Tasks, how they interoperate with each other and how to manage each sub-category. We will also cover the difference between Worklists and the EMIS Workflow Referral Management.

The following topics will be covered:

• What are the sub-categories and why are they important

• Why you get tasks in these sub-categories in the first place

• How to manage each one individually

• How to clear these tasks

• Q&A

Although the session is scheduled for 1 hour this may be reduced depending on the numbers of queries from attendees.
