Overview 

In this interactive and supportive half day workshop, we will explore some of the reasons why the relationship between a trainee and their supervisor sometimes seems to break down. We will look at the support that HEE offers both the trainee and the supervisors in these situations. 

This workshop also includes time for supportive and confidential discussion of case examples where trainees raise complaints or where there are difficulties in the relationship between the trainee and the trainer. The cases discussed may be brought by workshop attendees, or scenarios provided by the workshop facilitators.
