Objectives: 
This 2.5-hour webinar is aimed at supervisors supporting Physician Associates.   This is the 3rd of 3 webinars (Programme 1 Understanding Supervision; Programme 2 Mentoring and Coaching Skills).  Ideally participants will have completed Modules 1 and 2 prior to attending this webinar. The programme focuses on formalising documentation by reviewing the requirements of the GMC – PA Shared Learning Outcomes and the practice aims and objectives.   Delegates will understand the importance of learning outcomes to motivate and develop the learner and be able to write SMART objectives.  Enabling the learner to reflect and plan their development is a key part of motivation and will be embedded into this webinar.
