Open to Community nurses, AHPs and GPNs in Primary and Community Care in London region

Please see enclosed flyer and agenda for the next face to face event of Cancer Community of Practice for primary care and community nursing, and AHPs.

We also welcome specialist cancer nurses and AHPs who would like to work more closely with their primary care and community colleagues.

The session will focus on quality improvement. Please bring along any ideas you may have (however small or large) to improve the care for cancer patients in your practice, team or clinic. Lunch is provided and it will be a great opportunity to learn from colleagues and to network.
