Objectives:
This 2.5-hour webinar is aimed at supervisors or staff who will support learners (ARRS roles). This is the 2nd of 3 webinars (Programme 1 Understanding Supervision; Programme 3 Appraisal, Supervision – Process and Regulatory Guidance).By working through case-studies participants will be able to practise mentoring and coaching skills by applying the GROW model.
