In this workshop we will be guiding you on the importance of having Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) in place for systems of work.
The following topics will be covered:
- Have understanding on what the DPIA is (or is not)
- Be able to decide when a DPIA is necessary in your practice.
- Know what key elements/factors to include in a DPIA.
- Awareness of disadvantages if a DPIA is not in place.
- Meet the DPIA requirements as per the DSP-Toolkit
- Know where to find further resources and support.
Although the session is scheduled for 1hour this may be reduced depending on the numbers of queries from attendees.
