Did you know that the NHS App has a secure inbox? Users can securely receive notifications and messages from health and care services, such as their GP surgery, instead of traditional channels like text message or letter. Join us on this webinar for an in depth look at Notifications and Messaging (N&M) in the NHS App and for an update on recent and future N&M initiatives.
In this session you will also be updated on the NHS App roadmap and hear about the ‘Tap the App’ three-month national marketing campaign that was launched in January this year. We will also be joined by an NHS App Ambassador who will share their story on what they get up to in this role.
The webinar will include a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered by the speakers.
