• Consider the challenges facing travel health service providers in the wake of the pandemic.
• Understand the importance of education and the competence necessary for providing care to travellers going abroad
• Stay up to date with guidance on immunisation standards and best practice in travel health
• Communicate risks to your travellers more effectively, e.g. through interpreters
• Be aware of new and emerging diseases and outbreaks
• Know where to access national and international resources for both advisors and travellers
