London has a joined-up HEE and NHSE-I approach to maximise benefit under the umbrella of General Practice Fellowship/SPIN for Newly-Qualified GPs and Nurses New to Practice Programme.

This programme is a one to two-year programme of support, available to ALL newly-qualified GPs and new to practice GPNs working substantively in general practice.

This is an important career development opportunity for our workforce, providing them with the support they require to develop fulfilled careers in general practice and supporting retention across NEL.
