Once all the COMPULSORY training is complete, please download the following CHECKLIST, fill it in and return to training@communitymatters.co.uk with your E-Learning For Health certificates before your progression onto Stage 2.
Stage 2 is progressed after having completed all of the Stage 1 COMPULSORY training and CONFIRMED by Newham Training Hub that you are ready for the Stage 2.

You will be contacted by Newham Training Hub for your competency assessment arrangement and the next steps. (Please note that additional training may be required depending on individuals’ assessment.)

On-Site Boarding and IM Injection Observation will also be provided at the Vaccination Site.
