NHS England will be hosting a webinar on 20th October, between 17:00pm – 18:30pm on flexible working in primary care. Practice Managers and PCN Managers have a great opportunity to share their examples of good practice – to show how they are using flexible working to work more flexibly themselves and supporting other non-clinical workforce as well as supporting other staff (including medical and clinical) to work in a flexible way – e.g. later starts and finishes, to enable school pick ups etc or any other way that flexible working is being supported in general practice settings.
There will also be opportunities for Practice Managers and/or PCN Managers to give short presentations during this webinar, should they wish to.
