Join our online drop in support group
If you need some support why not come along to our weekly online drop-in sessions.
Our facilitated group, is on Zoom every Wednesday 12:30-13:30 and totally free.
You will be welcomed into a confidential safe space where you can talk openly about your challenges.
Our professional facilitator will support and guide the group and participants will be encouraged to chat informally and confidentially with other healthcare professionals on themes led by the group.
