LEADING TRANSFORMATION FOR INTEGRATED CARE SESSIONS

April 17 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

This development series of 90 minute bitesize topics is based on insights and experience drawn from work witha number of Integrated Care Systems across England. It will explore what partnership working looks like acrossteams and different organisations working in health and social care across the statutory sector, VCSEs andlocal communities. What does this mean for leaders? It is co-designed with input from the NHSLA and localrepresentatives to understand their current challenges and opportunities.

The aim is to enhance participants’ capability to think and act as leaders within systems. The programme is foranyone involved in organisation development, change and transformation work in health and care systemsacross England.

General learning outcomes for the programme:

Understand and explore a ‘Leading Transformation’ topic

Feel confident to apply some practical tools

Learn, share and grow with colleagues in similar situations

 


Rethinking recovery -a system perspective

Collaborating with your neighbourhood /place

Collaboratives -developing new waysof working

Leading MDTs
